My name is Jeff Vanassche and I want to help you reach your goals. I’ve been a personal trainer/nutritionist for a little over 5 years now and I must say I love what I d0. Whether it be through diet or physical training, I’m here to help you accomplish whatever you set your sights on.
Let me tell you a little about myself. I’m an energetic and motivated person who wants to help others accomplish their fitness and nutritional goals. I gained my training and nutritional certifications through the National academy of sports medicine (nasm). In addition to my fitness experience, I’ve also trained in the martial arts for over 20 years. along the way i’ve learned many life lessons and values which I take with me into every life.
With the experience I have and the lessons I’ve learned, I’m confident that we will achieve any goal that you set your mind to.
